Medicare Part D Open Enrollment

Medicare Part D open enrollment assistance sponsored by CLAIM, a nonprofit state health insurance assistance program, will be held at the  Pike County Memorial Hospital Tuesday, November 13^th from 9am-2pm.  CLAIM Counselors will be available to assist you to compare & enroll in  part D plans. This service is provided free of charge to the public.

The Pike County Ducks Unlimited 75th Dinner and Auction will be held at the American Legion Hall in Louisiana on November 24th.

Social Hour: 6:30 - 7:30

Craft/Yard/Flea Market

A craft/yard/flea market will be held Saturday, November 17th, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post 370, Kelly Lane, Louisiana, MO.

Veterans' Day Program and Luncheon at Bowling Green Middle School

The Bowling Green Middle School will present a program honoring all veterans on Friday, November 9th beginning at 1:00 p.m. The program will feature the seventh and eighth grade band and the select choir.  Lunch will be served at 11:30.  The community as well as all veterans, spouses of veterans, and spouses of deceased veterans are invited to attend.

KOC Chicken Dinner

Knights of Columbus will be having their chicken dinner (including dessert and a drink) on Sunday, November 4th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall in Elsberry.  Cost is $8 per adult and $4 per child.

Kroger Miracles Relay for Life Team Basket Lucky

Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Pike CountyFairgrounds.  Doors open at 6:00 p.m.  $20 per person.

MS Pancakes & Whole-Hog Sausage & Eggs Breakfast

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society presents a Pancakes & Whole-Hog Sausage & Eggs Breakfast on Sunday, October 28th, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Farber Fire House.  All you can eat - adults $6.00 and kids under six eat free with an adult.  All proceeds donated to the MS Society in memory of Sonny Carrol

Annual Curryville Presbyterian Lord's Acre Sale

Friday, October 26th  at the Curryville Presbyterian Church. Chili/Vegetable Soup dinner will be served from 4:30 to 7:30.  The auction will begin at 7:00.

Northeast Missouri Chapter of American Red Cross 36th Annual Folklife Festival

On October 20 and 21, volunteers with the Northeast Missouri Chapter of the American Red Cross will be swirling batches of funnel cake batter at the 36^th Annual Folklife Festival in downtown Hannibal.
